From your first inquiry to the delivered mold, INJ Mold Pro is your one point of contact for project communication and coordination.
Quotations
Your drawings and requirements are reviewed, and a tooling proposal and quotation are prepared for the agreed scope.
Engineering Coordination
The DFM report, mold design drawings, and mold-flow analysis are shared for your approval before manufacturing begins.
Production Updates
You receive progress updates while the mold is manufactured and trialed.
Quality Review
The mold goes through first and second trials (T1 and T2) and a pre-shipment inspection against the agreed acceptance criteria.
Shipment Arrangements
The finished mold is delivered with the applicable delivery documents, and shipment is arranged with you.
Project Workflow
A Defined Mold Project Workflow
Every mold project follows the same 11-stage workflow, from the first review of your drawings to documented delivery. Two stages require your confirmation before the project moves on: confirming the order, and approving the engineering documents before manufacturing begins.
Project milestones and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation for each project.
